Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Property Maintenance and Inspections:
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling vendors and contractors as needed.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure that properties are well-maintained and comply with safety and health regulations.
Leasing and Rent Collection:
Advertise available units, conduct property showings, and screen prospective tenants to ensure they meet leasing criteria.
Prepare and execute lease agreements, renewals, and other leasing documents accurately and efficiently.
Collect rent payments, follow up on delinquent accounts, and enforce lease terms as necessary.
Financial Management:
Oversee property budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability and adherence to financial goals.
Monitor and approve property-related expenses, invoices, and purchase orders within budgetary constraints.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement, such as implementing efficient maintenance practices or optimizing rental rates.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations governing property management and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leasing, maintenance, and tenant interactions.
Coordinate with legal counsel as needed to address lease violations, evictions, and other legal matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related industry. - Strong understanding of property management principles, leasing practices, and landlord-tenant laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
